I have just completed my term as Cathaoirleach of Ardee Municipal District. It was a personal honour to hold the position and to represent Ardee and Mid-Louth at many events across the area and meet so many constituents during the year.

As Cathaoirleach, I worked with the other County Councillors in delivering a cross-party discretionary budget of €128,600 for the constituents of Ardee and Mid-Louth for 2025. This is an important community fund which seeks to benefit all parts of the district. I have included details of the budget as well as some local news on projects I am currently working on.

I wish new Cathaoirleach Dolores Minogue well for the forthcoming year and look forward to working with her as Leas-Cathaoirleach
